
Deliveries.
We carry many items in stock and subject to availability we endeavour
to despatch all order within 48-72 hours by Royal Mail.
Guarantee.
Our policy is to offer a 100% guarantee if you are dissatisfied
with your purchase we will exchange them provided they are returned
within 7 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging,
unworn, unwashed and with labels correctly fitted. Purchaser is
responsible for all costs required when returning products, and
must email us to obtain authorisation to return goods. Please retain
proof of postage for any products returned.
Orders Pending.
In the rare event one of our products is out of stock, you will
be notified as soon as possible. We would anticipate however you
would receive your order shortly, please allow up to 28 days in
these infrequent cases.
Products sent in error
If you receive items that are not what you ordered, you must NOT
open the original packaging or use the items. We will not refund
or exchange any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility
to inform us of any such problems within 24 hours of delivery.
Shortages
It is the responsibility of you to sign for the correct amount of
packages as shown on the delivery notes and courier consignment
note. If you suspect that any items are missing from the delivery,
do not sign for missing goods. Any shortages must be noted on the
courier delivery note and we must be informed within 24 hours. Please
also highlight on the couriers delivery note of any ripped or broken
boxes which may have been tampered with.
Damaged Goods in Transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage
to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery
note from the courier company, and we must be notified no later
than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose
of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect the claim
against the carrier.
Shipping and Handling
We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom
Standard delivery via First Class Royal Mail is charged at £2.50
for all orders. Free delivery on all orders over £50
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input.
If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address
then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst
we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge,
we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however
caused. We respect your confidentiality and all orders are dispatched
in discreet, plain packaging. Your details will never be made available
to any third party.
Non Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we
are notified within 48 hours from expected delivery date. We shall
accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods
or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales

of the website and select your purchase via the shopping cart, then
follow the instructions and finally payment.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that
we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract
exists between us. We must receive full payment for the goods that
you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been
received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by email
to the address provided in your order details.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake
has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods,
or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some
reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact
you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

with The UK Data Protection Act 1998. The information we hold will
be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we
hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will
delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in
accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Returns Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're not satisfied with the
goods you have ordered, we will exchange them provided that you
return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn
and unwashed, with all labels intact. We will only offer a refund
on faulty goods. Due to hygiene issues of particular garments are
excluded from our returns policy, we reserve the right not to accept
returns of certain products including thongs, briefs etc. This does
not affect your statutory rights. All returns must be notified to
us via email within 48 hours of delivery.
Rights of Seller
The seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification
of any product on the website at it’s own discretion. We also
reserve the right to withdraw any products from the Website at any
time. The seller shall not be liable to anyone for for refusing
to process an order.
Age of Consent
By ordering products from Breathless Lingerie you declare that you
are at least 18 years old. By viewing and entering our website you
must also be at least 18 years old.
Description of Goods
We try to ensure that all of our products shown on the site are
accurately described, however slight variations should be expected
in some products. We do not accept liability for such discrepancies.

We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time without
prior notice, it is your responsibility to check them each time
you intend to make any new purchases from us.
Payments
All prices are shown in UK Sterling pounds. We accept all major
credit cards and debit cards. Prices shown on the website include
VAT. Breathless Lingerie offer customers the highest level of security
when purchasing via the internet. We must receive payment of the
whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order
can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm
that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at
the email address you provide in your order form.
